free limit exceeded

I have tried to register to a free tournament but the system says "could not register. free limit exceeded" . Could you please give me the rules about that? I search in BBO Help but didn't find anything.

When we added the $0.25 daylong tournaments with advanced robots last week, we limited users to 3 free daylong tourneys per week. Here's the announcement that was posted in the BBO News:
