Hi all,

Is the BBO website down? I cannot seem to log in and have never had this issue before...

We were having database problems yesterday for a couple of hours and logins were disabled while we were fixing them.

I can't log in to BBO. The screen goes blank and just the ads on the left show. I have not had this problem before.

This seems to be happening right now - logging in is currently only possible using the Flash version, according to what I've been told.

Updated information I have is that it's just Chrome users who are having the problem. So start by trying a different browser.

I can't get in with my Windows 10 laptop, using Edge or Chrome. I can access the old Flash version. The message saying the problems have been fixed seems to be wrong.

Please clear your browser's cache (history), this usually helps.
