No double with ace of trumps

I (South, not North) miscount aces and bid a grand slam. Basic GIB apparently doesn't think the Ace of trumps is enough to double with.

It must have really believed my 5NT bid :)

I don't know if we want a rule introduced for basic bots to auto-double slams based on holding ace of trumps. East isn't on lead vs. 7nt, for example, and partner might have void heart on the auction, and in theory south could have everything else, judge to run and make it. The gain from doubling is usually low in these situations assuming field/teammates are in small making 6. I'd be more worried about other hands like the psych hand gwnn posted recently where opps get to a high level and strong hand with a zillion tricks couldn't find a double.

Never even thought of the possibility of bidding on after the double. I guess that makes sense.
