1- I often like to play Arena Challenge at BBO, but recently I often get such message, even 5-6 times one day.
2- Recently a chinese player Jq_jl , he told me his painful experiences at bbo : don't know the exact reasons, recently several weeks he often have disconnection while he plays some tournaments at BBO, and often can't reback in time, so many players have added him into the black list,even sometimes he was refused to join some tournaments. He hopes BBO can help him, but he don't know English.

I think worse connection should have nothing to do with BBO, so just saying.

Please understand our chinese players, most of us really love BBO bridge game, for some our chinese users in China mainland, sometimes our network connections are really so poor, so it really forced us to withdraw from tournaments.
