Hoping Gib should maintain a fandamental commitment in " Just Play Bridge (Free)"

This hand is from " Just Play Bridge (Free)".
2♦ says " Overcall --- biddable ♦,13+TPs ".
However actually it has only 9TPs with 10hcp, it is too worse to overcall 2♦ in too flat 5332 shapes.
Anyway, as a first basic Gib game in Solitaire, hoping Gib should maintain a fandamental commitment, not easily to lie.
This is my suggestion.

I agree, it's too big of an overbid.
