Whenever I (or one of the GIBs) makes a lead-directing double, it is announced correctly. But GIB never leads its partner's suit in that situation, and it looks as if opps don't take the double seriously either as they are happy to bid 3nt without a stopper in that suit.

Is there a bug in the way inference is made from lead-directing doubles during the simulations?

Gib does not understand the concept of lead directing bids. Plus it doesn't understand it's a good idea, even if bid and rebid, to lead your partner's suit especially at NT.
