Lies only for double

Here is a classic hand.



There are two issues in it.

- First issue:
2♦ says " 4+♦,2-♠, 11-hcp,11-12TPs".
Here 2♦ should show 5+, but " 4+♦" is a logic wrong.

- Second issue :
Double says " 4+♣,5-♦,5+♥,5-♠,19TPs".

Where is its 19TPs?
