Playing 5 card majors, strong NT, 2way checkback.

1. 1c - p- 1s - p -
1nt - p - 3?

I have been told that after this sequence of bidding, a bid at the 3 level is forcing. However, if opener rebids 1nt and I say 2h, I was taught that this meant a two suited hand and 6-9 points. What happens if you have 10-11 points?

Many thanks

If you have 10-11 pts and both majors, that's what your 2way checkback gadget is for. Bid 2, rebid 2 over 2, if 2 was forced (puppet checkback, agreement is opener always rebids 2). If 2 isn't forced (opener supposed to bid 2 with 4 hearts, 2 with 3 spades), then you might rebid 2 or 2nt instead if partner bids 2. Obviously you raise if partner bids a major.
