Creating team events

“New Players” are unable to create team matches. What is the criteria? What is the justification?
With plenty of new players gravitating to BBO it is causing a problem

I believe 100+ logins is required to start team matches. If I were BBO this would be under revision to a higher number :)

I think it is reasonable for BBO to expect team match hosts to be experienced with the platform. They do not want users being trapped in abandoned team matches by hosts who do not know how to cancel a team match or perform a substitution.
