Is there any way to play a (simultaneous) three-way team match on BBO? Could be useful to avoid byes if there were ever a team tournament on BBO...

I suppose you could set up a 3-table crossimp tournament but you would have to sub the pairs around to make sure that teammates play in opposite directions at different tables.
