Was it really arranged by someone else? I assumed Comey did it.
According to actual news reports, not including Fox Propaganda Channel, Comey just came across the seashell display on a beach. But does it make any difference if Comey was the one who arranged the shells? Still free speech.

If a gang leader said "86 that guy", referring to someone in a rival gang, would you still think that?
I know it doesn't mean much, as a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich, but they did manage to convince a majority of that jury that "86" implied violence.
I do expect this to either be thrown out or fail, but they clearly made a credible enough case to get an indictment.

Apparently the origins of "86" comes from retail businesses, where 86 means an item is sold out, unavailable. Inciting violence? Well, if any word can have any meaning, than sure. IMO, inciting violence would be Convicted Felon Trump saying that Mike Pence deserved the "Hang Mike Pence" chants.
You are correct about grand juries. They are totally one sided in favor of the prosecution, with corrupt prosecutors free to just make up stories and evidence, and misrepresent what the law actually says. BTW, half the jury pool in this country (and every other country) have below average IQ.
BTW, Todd Blanche, the acting Attorney General and head of the DOJ is Trump's personal lawyer and has actively worked to keep the Epstein/Trump files secret and redacted. Blanche also arranged for Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell to get transferred to a Club Fed minimum security work resort for white collar criminals which should not have been possible for a convicted sex criminal like Maxwell. According to reports, Blanche dangled a presidential pardon to Maxwell to encourage her to not implicate Blanche's client Trump.
