Henceforth, artificial bids are now super bids.

What should we call super accepts? Trump accepts?

Catching up on news and Donald Trump's recent rally speech where he said letting Iran "take out Los Angeles" and "take out San Diego" would be a "very small price to pay”

America, when will you enact the 25th?

Unfortunately, never. Nor will the senate remove even after impeachment. Of course, the way the empty chair is filled doesn't bode well no matter if he dies in office. We're pretty well screwed until January of 2029.

If we're lucky, AI will put us out of our misery before then.

Donnie has not singlehandedly ruined the USA, but he DOES deserve a lot of the "credit" for how astonishingly far it has fallen since he was first elected.

His numerous atrocities and imbecilities would have been impossible without his witless supporters and gutless enablers. This bodes poorly for the future of the nation and the world, because after Old Man Donnie is gone these fools will probably give their allegiance to another disastrously ignorant jerk to carry on Donnie's string of cruelties and failures.

If we travelled back in time to a couple of decades ago, I doubt that anyone would have predicted that the USA would ever elect such a tremendously stupid narcissist as president...and then later elect the same dimwit a second (!) time even after his first train wreck of a presidency.

It's Nobel season again.
Polymarket odds that Trump gets the 2026 Nobel peace prize:

World Central Kitchen 1%
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya 1%
Donald Trump 1% - Buy while it's hot!
Julian Assange 1%
Greta Thunberg 0%

Amazing that Greta and Julian come in lower than Trump.

Neither of them has really been in the public eye much lately.

And there's probably lots of wishful thinking among Trump supporters.

Countless people think that Sleepy Old Donald J. Trump is the worst president ever. Who am I to argue with countless people?

In ranking American presidents, it seems clear that # 47 is even worse than # 45...and # 45 was hopeless.

Trump should not be president. He's a complete failure at the job. But what job would the vile old fool be good at? I can't think of anything he would be good at.

Slum landlord, the family business

Thanks, Cyberyeti. That's an excellent magazine cover. According to some reports that I read, Donnie might not even have been effective as a slumlord. Some writers say he only succeeded because his father kept feeding him more money to save him from the stupid way he ran his businesses. Also, Donnie apparently bankrupted several of his businesses. I have no personal evidence of anything, but from what I've read about Donnie in the past 10 years, he seems to be really, really stupid...and also a really bad, evil person. The damage he has done is obvious to anyone with eyes and ears. It's not just sad - it's also amazing that so many people still support the sleepy old dimwit. Maybe the only people dumber than Donnie are his supporters.

He's one of the few people who couldn't make money running a casino.

One of the things that helped him in the businesses that did succeed was that he frequently stiffed his employees, contractors, and suppliers. He was as corrupt in business as he is in government. He was always getting sued by these people, and dragging the lawsuits out for months or years. Does this sound familiar?
