This is awful on so many levels.

-1NT showed "12+points" and some kind of takeout shape.
-why bid 2H if you don't have five hearts as per the description?
-4NT is complete garbage. He limited his hand, 4H should be "have a nice cup of shutup juice partner", not 16+ or whatever many you want it to show. Complete unadulterated garbage, no other way around it. You have one less heart than your minimum length and two less points than your maximum points but now we're gonna play slam. I can't believe that the standard of slam bidding can still underperform my expectations but it manages to do so every single time. Awful painfully bad terrible stuff.

Yea yea yea I should check every time what my bids would mean. My fault. Sorry for ranting.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

Apparently in the last "upgrade" the definition of a 1NT bid after having made a takeout double was changed. In the past it has always (correctly) been 18-19 HCP. This now makes sensible bidding impossible and MUST be corrected immediately. We also deserve an explanation of how and why this programming error was made.

Of course you are right about the bad calls of 2H and 4NT made by GIB. They are about as bad as your 4H call since 2H could have been based on 5 hearts and zero points.

Yea I know my 4h was not great. I didn't feel like playing a partscore. I felt like I had 6 extra points.

We can't see its explanations of your bidding, maybe Gib have some special explanations on it,however some black box operation.

I'm telling you, it (1NT) showed 12+ points only. I was playing this from my cell phone.

I confirm this. It has been reported before:
