I probably would have bid a modest 3NT on the East hand, but with 20 HCP, I won't complain too much there. No complaints about 4D either.

Now the problems start. 4NT should really promise more than 14+ total points. It should probably also deny a 4 card major.
Over 4NT, it surely cannot be right to bid 5S.
