This double needs definition

After 3♦,if I really have 4-card ♠,I can bid 3♠,but my double only says " 8-TPs", obviously my double needs definition.
This double should be penalty.

It should be fine in v33 ( current now since April 10th ).

It promises biddable diamonds, and it's penalty. 5+HCP, 8-TP.
