1- Gib N should overcall 2 instead of balancing overcall.
2- Strangely, my double says " 1,10+hcp,biddable ,10-TPs".
I think it is impossible :
If only singleton of ,I should respond 1nt,never raise to 2.
If I have 10+hcp with 3-card ,I should respond 2 - Drury while Gib W opens 1 in the 3rd seat.
So the correct explanations of my double is "3-4,10-hcp,biddable ,10-TPs".

P.S.
Please refer to others's hands in the same time.

Hand-A

Hand-B

Hand-C

Hand-D

Hand-E

Hand-F

Hand-G

Now we can draw the following conclusions:
1- Almost of Gibs made balancing overcall except Hand-G.And Gib never overcall 2,why?
2- After 3,Gib never make penalty double,why?
3-Why did Gib N make passing bid instead of balancing overcall in the Hand-G ? Only exception.

See the responses in the many other threads in which you asked why GIB doesn't behave consistently at different tables in MBC.

But, the explanation of the pass is bizarre. Doesn't P-1-2-P mean the same thing as 1-2-P? The explanation shouldn't say anything about "third hand", and it doesn't deserve an explanation in one sequence if it doesn't get one in the other.

It's also weird that this was so frequently hand 6.

With this I disagree.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

While I certainly see your point, with favorable vulnerability and given that 2D takes up maximum room over the 1H opener, I would overcall.
