Gib CC :14hcp should accept game invitation

As we know that 2nt as balanced invitation promises 11hcp,Gib E should accept game invitation with just 14hcp.

Look at all the spots! Both hands have all of the 10s and 9s that anyone could ever ask for. Game is very good, but not cold. You would have to be pretty unlucky not to make 9 tricks.

I agree that GIB E should accept the invite, but not just because it has 14 HCP. It has an excellent 14 HCP. Its only flaw - Q9 doubleton of diamonds - is in the suit partner bid.

While W has a pretty good 11 count, I can see not bidding game directly. The holding in the unbid suit is not exactly what I would refer to as a secure stop.
