No.can't stayman.
For me,as a results of the limitation of system approach,I often bid 3♣ to transfer to 3♦ as final contract.

Playing a standard system, I think that this is very close to an invite.
With this said and done, I'd pass.
Red, at IMPs, I might stretch because this hand had an awful lot of strength

Playing nonpromisory you might still stop in 3d but I think I will invite regardless of methods.

Slight thread drift, but sometimes you come across discussions of whether an invite should be accepted on a "middling" hand. This is one good reason why you should stick to maximum to accept, at least in NT. Partner's "game try" may be contingent on a suit fit.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.
Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. m
s
t
r-m
nd
ing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.
"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"
"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Unilaterally committing to playing diamonds at the three in what might easily be a 5-2 fit seems silly
If you're going to play this way, its better to adopt transfers on the second round of the auction as in the Scanian NT system

After Stayman 3m will normally be GF.

Of course it depends on what 2♠ means. If it is invitational with four spades this auction might occur. Not sure of another sensible meaning for 2♠ in a system using transfers.

It will be interesting to see if GIB passes 3D if this sequence does occur. I agree it's the right sequence playing with a human partner.
