create a tournament with predealt hands

In the past I already hosted few tournaments.
Now I like to offer a tournament with predealt hands. For that I need a file that includes all the hands I like to upload. To create this file I like to add up deals from different files to ONE file to upload it later for the tournament.
How I can I do this?

I found excellent MS DOS program by Richard Pavlicek. Name of the programm is RPD. In addition there are converter ( BFC programm) to all knewn formats + Very usefull examples and excellent documentation. Program generate random deals same as preselected. Player's are very satisfied with Tournaments at BBO with this hands.

I still can't solve problem with Excluding enemies of the host, since althought i set it to exclude ...they come in... :-((
