It's certainly possible that I don't understand how "The Law" works... The description of 4♦ includes "game support", so is it forcing? If so, why does 5♦ require 25+ points?

And East doesn't think it's worth rebidding his suit, particularly at this vulnerability?

Very very few attempts at game should require 25 points, but for some reason that is very common with the GIB descriptions. OK here is my code word - GDSFT. Stands for GIB descriptions suck, fix them.
