After 3
1- Gib W cuebid 4 is puzzling.
2- the explanations of 4 is puzzling.
3- cuebid-4 don't show its feature it hold.
4- Gib get a bad contract due to puzzling cuebid-4

So I am sure that 4 is a bug.

5D is wrong too - why not 5C, offering the choice of suits?

4H not a bug I think, but simply bad judgement combined with lack of room.

GIB knows it needs to cuebid with this powerful hand, but fails to realize that
it will have no room later to bid its spades.

GIB needs to learn how to make practical bids here (like 4S instead of 4H)
and allow partner to make practical bids.

If the description provided says you hold 3-4 spades and you actually hold 3+4 of them, there's a bug somewhere B-)

It is absolutely a bug for sure.
"First double then cuebid" is a strong raise with slammish for pd's responsive suit.
However Gib W cuebid 4 is a serious descriptive error in this hand.Posted Image
