First,I am sorry,my pd's 2N is a flip-flop convention.However,there are many wrong explanations on 3♠ and 4♥,especially,Gib E should bid 3N or 4♠.
4♥ is very bad.

Strange how this slipped out the cup, but it's fixed in next version.

3♠ would show -> -- twice rebiddable ♠; 17+ total points

Therefore, East wouldn't have problem to raise to 4♠
