A Gib problem without its explanations

I often get into trouble,and see Gib's bidding without its explanations.
Today I click my biddings carefully,eventually I am easy to find a Gib hand with no explanations on it.
Before I pick 4♦,I have found 4♦ without its explanations, I have to check it at first,then I found that all the biddings have its own explanation,including 4♣,4♥ and 4♠,of course,except 4♦.
Recently Rain told me that if explanations don't pop up, that's more like a flash issue.
However I think all the others should go wrong with no explanations if a flash issue,correct?

Here it wasn't flash or network problem.

Just GIB had no explanation for what 4♦ is :).

It's when there is opening 1minor - * - 4minor.

Noted to be added proper meaning.
