After 3♥, I accidentally found that rebid-3N showed "4-♠, 4-♥,15hcp+,18 TPs".
Really?
I think it may be incorrect.
So I bid 3N so as to take it as evidence hand.

Certainly that explanation is incorrect. Mind you it would not have occurred to me to take any action other than Pass. You can't make game opposite that super-max partner held, what would you expect after an average balancing overcall?

He wasn't bidding 3nt because he thought it was a good idea. He just noticed that 3nt has an extremely odd meaning showing way too strong a hand, so he just went ahead and bid it so he'd be able to post the hand as evidence of the bug.
I think 3nt should be something like 9-14 hcp, spade stop, 3- hearts. Really 2- hearts but GIB can use sims if it thinks 3nt is better with 3.
