Isn't it time to update the notes on South's double to read "penalty?" In this event, no fewer than 6 Souths were privy to the fact that North no longer takes this double out and took advantage. North, who should probably be looking toward a club slam in response to a bona fide take-out double of 4♥, didn't disappoint. I've seen two hands like this recently where a substantial minority of players are clued in to the fact that they could double 4♥ for penalty. In fairness, everyone should have the same information.
