西首攻♣6，3NT定约大塌方。
实际西有♣KQ863，东有♣AT4。
用哈代的2/1如何叫以避免3NT大塌方？

Why South need to bid NT after 2♠X? Can he XX so that they can either play 2♠XX or penalize opponent's 3♣?

We focus on choices of game here, not every bid in details.
