If W wanted to open, it would have to be 1N (12-14). On the lie of the cards, EW can make slam in either black suit DD, though I'd modestly settle for game.

Incidentally, had N opened 2 instead (as our teammates did, also playing there - so we actually gained 4 IMPs here), would your answer be different?
