What would a protective X of 3S mean by South? I am not that keen on 4D on these cards, whatever it should mean. 3S makes, so North had better pull it if South doubles
But I agree that the solution should be some direct action by North over 3S.
South has only 17 TP I think, not 19. GIB does not add shortage points that double up with HCP. As you say, opposite 25 TP it is still hard to justify 7D
