Why would you want 2H to force to 3N?

A better question: Since you have the "best hand", you know Bot does not have game forcing strength. Does Bot know this?
Is it AI, and effectively ammo for fielding a bid which violates the stated agreements?

It's not uncommon that the descriptions are worse than the actual bids, and worse than the way GIB actually reacts to partner's bids. The entire experience could be improved significantly simply by re-evaluating and improving the descriptions, without a single programming change.

what I find funny is 3♥ shows potentially 3 ♥. Shouldn't it be 4+. if only 3 bid 2N or 3N or 3♣. Maybe if your looking for a slam (but not here is passed hand).
