IMP, MBC, pro GIB 30.

No complaints about the result, at all.

But I wonder whether it is reasonable to require 15-18 total points for the 3H bid.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

This is probably related to the explanation that West's double could be made on as few as 6HCP.

Yes the two may be connected, but that does not make it reasonable. If West's description is out to grass ...
