2.) After RHO GIB rebid the Hearts, anything other than Pass shows 13+ points and essentially forces to game. Why???

1.) I know GIB is in the balancing seat, but I would much rather a 2♣ bid than 1NT.
2.) After RHO GIB rebid the Hearts, anything other than Pass shows 13+ points and essentially forces to game. Why???

♠ lead would have held to plus 1. But really doubler has a perfect hnd any less 3N is going to be down. Gib is stupid with only 4♥
it should bid 4♥, 3N a very iffy contract on most hands a single stop not the Axx rarely is enough.
