MPs. Declarer is of adv level. To clarify: top-left hand is DUMMY. Bottom hand is yours.



Auction: 1NT = 9-11, 2♠ = natural (denies pen double of 1NT), 3♠ invite/"I dunno how many points 2♠ shows".

You lead the ♣K (Rusinow). How would you proceed if pard:
