Assuming you mean sort of normal ACBL event, multi is not legal. For polish club, I guess it depends on what you add on to it, most should be legal.

Most F club systems are ok, and Multi is permitted in national events or extended team games of more than 24 boards I beleive.

Currently Zero tolerence rules are in effect at all ACBL events. This is a list of 28 courtesy rules. While some players have enjoyed the privelege of breaking 40 of these rules they no longer remain playing for long.

Oh yes, zero tolerence means partner strangulation must take place between sessions.

The General Convention Chart is what most games in the ACBL are run under.

Polish Club is fine, I've played it a number of times. Wilkosz 2D, however, is not.
Multi 2D is not GCC - it is, however, allowed on the Mid-chart.

The GCC (and other charts) are here.

ACBL online on BBO is GCC. Which means an awful lot more is allowed than some of the competitors believe, and it might just be worth your while when talking to the TDs that get called to have a copy of the GCC to hand to reference chapter and verse.

Clubs in the ACBL are pretty much autonomous: they can decide to run whatever they want. It really is best to ask - but you can assume GCC and be 95% okay.
