3♠-3NT

2NT= game forcing, not neccesarilly balanced.
3♣ = relay asking about 4 card side suits (1x-1nt-3y = 5-5 at leaston my 2/1)

The ♥ suit is too weak to introduce as a 5 card suit IMO (otehrwise 3♥ instead of 3♣ would makeyou land in 4♥) and the auction ends in 3NT.
