I'm also not sure about the "9- total points" description for 2♠. With 4 spades and 10-11 total points, opposite a passed hand, would East really be compelled to jump to 3♠ over the re-opening double? The description of 4♦ also needs work, since West declined to bid his diamond twice before finally mentioning them.
