GIB must know how to respond to new convention

I was happy when a cuebid over a preempt showing a 2 suited hand with 4 or less losers was added to GIB. Unfortunately you forgot to teach GIB how to respond when partner uses the convention.

I held xx, KQJxx, V, AKQJxx and bid 4D over the opening 3D bid on my right. When GIB bid 4H I had a bit better hand than promised but no guarantee of 5 level safety, so I passed. GIB held AKxx, Axxx, xx, xxx. All 3 of my losers covered, making 7. Surely this hand is good enough for GIB to take more than minimum action over my cuebid. In fact it should drive to at least a small slam.
