The explanations of 3♥ is " 5+♥,10+hcp,11 total points,forcing to 3nt ",it is better for 3♥ to be alerted as 4+♥.

Another instance where a pass is not taken into account. With 5+♥ and 10+HCP, North would have bid 2♥ over 2♣.
