It is fair to say judgement is allowed in any situations.
For this hand,I know Gib's double is penalty,however I have no confidence to defeat opp's 1nt,so I think it is allowed for me to respond 2 as weak bid so as to let pd bid its long suit.

However Gib's 2 explanations --- illogic and let me feel uncomfortable,what's twice rebiddable ? who kow its exact meanings?
Without showing weak approach,it can't be a adequate bidding system.

Then a strange thing happened after opp's 2 overcall.

1- Gib N should be cheapest to bid its suit holding - 2 instead of jump bid 4.

2- If Gib N really hold 2-card ,why pass at first after my 2? and 4 is unnecessary and illogic,even basic robot.

Above show Gib need more bidding rules here.

How's this for a hand diagram size that all might be able to live with? This is 420 x 300.

Anyway I tacked this on to Lycier's thread because I felt there were some similarities. To me, 3S is an impossible bid in light of the earlier auction.

Where is it apparent that there is a "BBO default size"?

The default size is what you get if you create a hand diagram using the tool, instead of inserting it by hand.

The explanation of what "twice rebiddable" means is in the documentation at http://www.bridgebas...scriptions.php.

biddable = 5+ cards, or 4 cards + 3 of 5 honors or A or K
rebiddable = biddable + 1 card
twice rebiddable = rebiddable + 1 card

Thanks, now I understand. I tried inserting a hand diagram by hand but without specifying any dimensions, and expected it to appear as the default size. Only it showed up as a microscopic size - totally unreadable.
