5nt should be a quantitive bid with 9-11hcp,7 says 22-24hcp.

Now let's make a simple calculation :

24hcp + 11 hcp =35hcp,35hcp is not strong enough to bid up to 7.

Obviously,Gib overvalued this hand,Gib need to have better bidding rules or what else?

It looks as if GiB W has taken 5NT as Grand Slam Force rather than Pick-a-slam. Nothing to do with evaluation, just system.

I would guess that GIB came to the conclusion that to have 9-11 HCP the A is very likely to be with E.

"was fixed" in the sense that it has been fixed on Georgi's computer and will (presumably) be included in the next update.

Likely enough to justify bidding 7 when East has 9-11 of the missing 17 HCP? No. Manudude's explanation seems more likely.

Guys, the explanation of 7S even says 2 of the top 3 honors.

Thanks.

That was fixed in v30 ( Current one in production ).

Now 5NT carries just quantitative invite. Little higher as requirement and 7M is not longer chained with honors.
