Here is basic robot,maybe it is unimportant for Gib to muff this hand.
The explanations of 3nt is very interesting,what's " 16hcp+,16-total points"?

GIB provides that type of description a lot, where basically it thinks you have exactly a given number of HCP with no distribution points. But, this is another example of GIB not eliminating certain possibilities based on a previous pass; if you couldn't overcall 1NT the first time, you don't have a balanced 16 points the second time around, unless maybe GIB thinks you are 4144. Also, I think "5-♥" in the 3N explanation should be changed to "3-♥" (although I really think "2-♥" would be more exact.)
