After reaching 4 without opposition (pass pass 1 pass 3* pass 4), West leads the Q.

I will go for the cross ruff route. HK, DA, ruffing small d back to hand, cashing CAK, lead small club, hoping west is short in club(he rates to have long heart from the opening lead)

That was my idea as well. RHO ruffs the K and returns a . :) Now what?
