Well... actually, I described how I play it and how responder should bid over it. I expect either

1) 3NT with a stopper (or higher if really good)
2) 4D with bad hands, even without support
3) other bids show extra values

Like justin, when i cue-bid at three level like this about our suits, it is either super suit of my own looking for 3NT or hand GF fit for partner too good for immediate jump to game. You want a hand, the first case is the hand in this problem, the second case is a robost 19 point hand with good four card fit.
