When (they're) in doubt, cash my ace. Cs and Ss are probably both running (or if they're not, cashing the AD is unlikely to make them do so), so it might be my only chance.

RHO may or may not have a ♥ loser. A look at dummy will give some clue as to whether a ♥ continuation is right.
It seems like opener's 4 ♣ bid was useful to declarer. The danger is declarer pitching losers on opener's ♣s. Partner has not made a Lightner double, so probably doesn't have a ♣ void.

I am assuming the ♦A is cashing, so I need one other trick. Unchecked slam jumps like this are often based on a void, so a heart trick seems unlikely. Dummy's clubs can probably be established with ruffs. If partner holds a soft trump trick, leading that would be a disaster. Maybe we can cash ♦AK. That would be reckless by declarer, but hey he is a loose cannon right? Anyway cashing seems unlikely to lose and may be necessary, so that's what I will try.
