Gib tell the same story twice

After 1♥,Gib N jump bid 3♦ or 4♦ is appropriate,however after 2♥,Gib N jump bid 4♦ is inappropriate since it can't increase its values after 1♥ and 2♥.
so I have to say both of 2♦ and 4♦ are same story and same values.

According to the descriptions, it shows the same 6-10, but the first bid shows only 3♦ and the second shows 5. Personally, I'd prefer North to bid 3♦ over 1♥.
