Has anyone come across a Strong Club system that has the following 1-level bids
1 16+
1 4+<5
1 <4<5
1 5+
1NT NV BD 10-12/VN BD [13-15] or [14-16]

I haven't, but the 1// openings are similar to the 1// responses to 1 in Mike Bell's (mickyB's) Synthese system.

From his biography at the EBU website:

Quote

In 2019, Mike formed a partnership with under-26 international Ben Norton, and it was an instant success - they have been selected to represent England at the European Championships in Madeira in June, and are, at the time of writing, the top-rated pair on the National Grading System. The partnership plays Mike’s home-grown system, “Synthese”, based on five-card majors and strong NT. Many expert pairs play that, in response to a 1C opening bid, 1D shows hearts and 1H shows spades, while others agree to have 1H and 1S as natural, promising five cards. Synthese attempts to combine the best aspects of both methods by playing 1D as 4+hearts, 1S as 5+spades and 1H as an artificial bid denying either of the above holdings.

Just spotted this in response to a 1 opening so doesn't quite match the bill, but I guess methods after 1 may be useful

No suggestions for methods?
I guess natural would work, with 1 4+ cards, 1NT NAT NF and 2m/ as 5+ cards.

I've played around with options
1 as 5+ is straightforward
1 as 4+ resolves well with the extra step and enables, 5+, canapes or 4441 to be mostly identified.

For 1-1 I came up with
1 10-15
  • 1 4+, 6+ weak, <Relay>
  • 1N min
  • 2 weak or 5+ GF
  • 2 5+4+ or 5+ GF
  • 2 6+
  • 2 pre
  • 2N GI
  • 3 weak minors
  • 3 5+4+ GF
1-1
  • 1N NV 13-15, VN 10-12
  • 2 3+
  • .. Pass 5+
  • .. 2 sx5x
  • .. 2 4/5
  • .. 2 6
  • .. 2N GI
  • .. 3 5+ lim+
  • .. 3 3361
  • 2 sx(54) or 6+m
  • 2 s3xx max
  • 2 (21)55 max
  • 2N BD 14+
  • 3 7+
  • 3 7+
