I have been using BBO for more than 10 years. After a 5 year break I returned in 2011 and created a new account. Have not been using it much (have less than 50 logons so far) but recently I have been started playing in some tournaments. My profile still says that I am a new member, and I have still "Unknown" for completed tournaments even though I have completed four.

So, my questions:
1. What does it takes to not be a "New Member"?
2. What does it take to remove the "Unknown" for completed tournaments?

I tried to find information about this in the help text or in this forum but could not find anything.

I don't know the New Member criteria off the top of my head, but you don't get a TCR until you have 10 completed tournaments within a 2-month period.

Hi,
I have a 90% TCR but I am still ejected from tournaments because I am "a new player".
When or how do I stop being a new player ?

It's based on both how long you've been a member and how many times you've logged in. You're well beyond the time criteria (2 weeks), but only about halfway to the number of logins.

We don't publicize the login count because we don't want people just logging in and out until they hit the magic number.
