No-brainer 4NT. If pard happens to have 3 aces, we slam. He can't reply 5♠ anyway (our 6 carder makes it unlikely he would fake the trump Q with extra length).

What is that, pard can't have 3 aces?? Just because RHO opened on 10 HCP, it doesn't mean he'll have them!!!
