There are some prbolems in this hand:
1-3,bid twice with same values, and GIB pretend 6 card solid suit, obviously it is unreasonable.
2-cue bid 4,alerted as -2,solid 6 card
3-6,a very bad contract.

yup looks like a bug. 3S is the crime, of course. But also the leap to 6S cuts out the prospect of 7. Oh, but I forget myself. In GIBberish 6S is an invitation to raise to 7 on general extras.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Definitely 3 is the crime. But, not only does 6 cut out the prospect of 7, it cuts out the prospect of stopping in 5 when off two cashable hearts.
