No matter 4♠ as a final contract is good or bad, GIB should accept the outcome with minimum hand,or what else?

I agree that North should pass 4♠. But after 5♦ I think 5♥ is plenty. As it happens, 6♦ makes (that is obviously very lucky) and maybe there is a case for passing 5♦ if it shows four hearts and longer diamonds (should be 6+). But as it is described, North could have 5♥4♦.
