Occasionally after a really long strenuous day (like after the 64th board of the day) I'll be a little more tired and wiped out than before we started, but usually I'll feel like I have more energy after the session than before it. This can be a problem if I'm supposed to go to sleep within a couple of hours of finishing a session.

Does this also depend on how long you stayed at the bar afterwards?
